If you were walking around Saturday night and thought you saw zombies, don't be alarmed, it was part of the annual Winnipeg Zombie Walk. This year had a turn out of almost 3,000!
New Building in Winnipeg Exchange
You've probably driven past the construction project on King street in Winnipeg's exchange district a few times, wondering what might be happening.
It wasn't that long ago that there was an old heritage building there, but the construction is complete and the new store and parkade has finally opened.

There's an electricity in the air in Winnipeg at the prospect of getting an NHL team back. I know, since the Winnipeg Jets left this sort of talk comes up at least every 6 months, but this seems to be the most promising rumor so far.
